วิธีทำ :

2 นำกระทะตั้งไฟใส่น้ำมันทอดปลาทูให้กรอบทั้งตัวแล้วพักไว้
3 ตักน้ำมันที่ทอดออกเหลือไว้เล็กน้อย ใส่น้ำปลาลงไปพอเดือดอีกครั้ง
จึงราดน้ำมะนาวบนตัวปลาเสิรฟกับข้าวร้อนๆ
