วิธีทำ :

1. นำกะทิใส่หม้อพอเดือด ใส่น้ำพริกแกงเผ็ดลงไป ตั้งไฟให้ละลาย แล้วจึงใส่กระดูกหมู ลงไปเคี่ยวด้วยไฟอ่อน ๆ ประมาณ 10 นาที
2. ใส่ขนุนลงไป เคี่ยวต่อไปประมาณ 5 นาที หรือขนุนเริ่มนิ่มกระดูกหมูเริ่มเปื่อย แล้ว ปรุงรสด้วยน้ำปลา และน้ำตาลปี๊บเล็กน้อย พอเดือดตักใส่ถ้วยเสิร์ฟ
